All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Refunds are only issued in the case of a damaged or defective item.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — original pieces (ready-made items that are already in stock) may be exchanged for:
Store credit, or
A new piece of equal value
What qualifies as an “original piece”?
Original pieces refer to pre-made items that are already in stock, not custom-made orders.
How long do I have to request a return or refund?
All return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Standard orders typically take 3–5 business days to complete.
Do bulk or merch store orders take longer?
Yes. Bulk orders and items from merch stores may require additional time, as materials are ordered specifically for each order.
Once all materials are received, production takes 1–5 business days, depending on the size of the order.
Why do some items take longer than others?
Production time can vary based on the type of item and how quickly materials arrive. For example:
A basic crewneck may have materials arrive within ~3 days
A custom mockneck may take up to 3 weeks for materials to arrive
Regular Items
Wash, dry, and iron inside out on cool/low heat settings.
Items with Gems/Embellishments
Wash inside out on a cool cycle. While machine washing is okay, hand washing is recommended to preserve the details.
Air dry when possible. If ironing, turn inside out and avoid direct contact with embellished areas.
Tie-Dye Items
Wash, dry, and iron inside out on low heat to maintain color and quality.
Shipping is only available nationally within the US.
